Description
• Good Experience on SAP Accounts software
• Prepare all Invoices (Clients) & LPO (Suppliers).
• Monitor all accounts payable and updates on all accounts.
• Maintain files on all account receivables, Payables, and update records as required.
• Manage monthly journals, update entries, and maintain sub-ledger for fixed assets.
• Manage all bill entries.
• Perform research, reconcile all bank accounts, and resolves all issues in processes.
• Prepare reports of payrolls on a monthly and fortnightly basis.
• Prepare and document all taxes and their filing.
• Prepare & Maintain project-based P&L report
• Ensure efficient client services and provide support to Management.
• Maintain all files and invoices and prepare records of minutes of the meeting.
• Monitor & Maintain Inventory Report
• Manage all procurement related task
• Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in the quality of accounting and provide operational support


Requirements
Should be well versed in Accounts related work with General Administration work in managing and maintaining logistic HR related activities and data entry.
Well spoken and written English. Leadership quality is a must.
