Description: Customer service: Providing friendly and fast service to customers
Processing payments: Taking orders, ringing them up, and collecting payments
Issuing receipts: Providing customers with a receipt for their purchase
Handling other items: Dealing with coupons, gift cards, and other items
Maintaining a clean area: Keeping the checkout area organized and clean
Balancing cash: Ensuring the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift
Resolving complaints: Processing refunds and returns
Following procedures: Familiarizing themselves with store procedures for selling alcohol and tobacco, and for using coupons and gift cards
Bagging purchases: Bagging purchases if a bagger is not available
Other tasks: Helping customers locate items, providing product information, and answering customer questions

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or cashier experience.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
