- Description
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with a strong understanding of construction and decor materials. The candidate should be proficient in drafting software and have experience working on joinery, partitions, ceilings, and other fit-out elements. Experience in the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred.

- Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and as-built drawings for interior fit-out projects.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Produce accurate and high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or 3D Max.
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE/GCC building regulations and standards.
Create detailed drawings for ceilings, partitions, carpentry, flooring, and other fit-out elements.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to clarify design details and resolve technical issues.
Update and revise drawings based on site changes or client feedback.
Maintain organized records of all drawings and project documentation.
Assist in the preparation of material schedules and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
Ensure all work is completed within project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Draftsman
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Revit, SketchUp, or 3D Max.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials (e.g., wood, glass, metal, laminates, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in joinery drafting and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination in fit-out projects.
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes.
