Description: We are looking for an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our team. As a Cardiothoracic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing diseases and injuries of the heart and chest. You will be performing complex surgeries on the heart, lungs, and other organs in the chest to improve patients overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and diagnose cardiovascular and thoracic conditions

- Develop and execute treatment plans, including surgical procedures, non-invasive treatments, and follow-up care

- Perform complex surgeries, such as coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair or replacement, heart transplantation, and thoracic surgeries

- Collaborate with other medical professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and other surgeons, to ensure optimal patient care

- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to perform surgeries and procedures

- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, pre- and post-operative care, and necessary lifestyle changes

- Stay up-to-date with advancements and developments in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and implement new techniques and procedures when appropriate

Requirements: • A Degree in Medicine, with a specialization in Cardio-Thoracic Surgery.
• A relevant license and certificate.
• A completed residency and several years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Published research and other evidence of academic work would be advantageous.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A willingness to assist other physicians with their cases, wherever possible.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A growth mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
