Description: A dental technician, also known as a dental technologist, designs, makes, and repairs dental devices. They work with a variety of materials, including porcelain, plastic, gold, and stainless steel. Dental technicians work to a dentists prescription and use precision tools to create custom devices

Requirements: Accredited dental laboratory technology program.
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician.
In-depth knowledge of dental prostheses, devices, and related technologies.
Extensive experience in constructing, replacing, repairing, and restoring dental devices.
Proficiency in dental laboratory computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software, such as 3 Shape and Delfin Dental.
