Description
The primary responsibilities of this role include delivering quality service to clients, managing and maintaining client relationships, and supporting producers in attracting and retaining clients. The Medical Insurance Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between the insurance company and clients on a day-to-day basis.

Key Accountabilities:
• Receive and analyze new business requests from direct clients, suggest appropriate solutions, and obtain competitive quotes through all available channels.
• Prepare quotes/proposals and manage the binding of coverage.
• Handle endorsement activities from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate effectively with the Head of Medical.
• Utilize workflows and processes to maintain client communication, update coverages, review exposures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and case management in line with business process requirements.
Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
Experience in medical insurance underwriting for minimum 2 years.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and an ability to communicate this knowledge clearly to clients and underwriters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills In English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload & support the team.
• Strong negotiating skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
