Description
an HR Administrators job description is to run an organisations human resources department. They are responsible for hiring staff, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits and generally ensuring all company information is legally compliant.
Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR and Admin field.
HR Certifications a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Proficient or able to quickly learn the organization HRIS and talent management systems.
