- We are looking for experienced pathologist to join our innovative medical team to work in UAE
Responsibilities
Stay up to date with developments in the fields of pathology and medical practice
Oversee cytopathology service department/laboratory.
Study blood samples for transfusion use including the blood type, blood group, cell morphology, and compatibility with other blood types
Conduct gross examinations and provide anatomical pathology services as needed.
Ensure the proper handling of all samples.
Log data from lab tests and enter results in patient’s record
Provide a thorough written evaluation and diagnosis for each case.
Requirements And Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited university.
Board Certified Pathologist.
Proven work experience as a Pathologist or similar role
Anatomic pathology and cytopathology certification preferred.
Minimum 3 year’s experience practicing pathology.
Strong oral and written communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
4 to 7 years’ internship and residency training, specializing in pathology.
Successful completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or the Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination of the United States (COMLEX-USA).
Certification by The American Board of Pathology in pathology and/or a sub-specialty, such as hematology, forensic pathology, or transfusion medicine.
Valid and active medical license in the state you wish to practice.
Experience using lab testing equipment, such as microscopes and flow cytometers.
