Hiring medical receptionist with Riayati Experience only


Responsibilities: -Must have experience in the same field and be knowledgeable on insurance company approvals, submission, resubmission and also must know how to manage reception . - MS skills. - communication skills. - organization skills. - effective problem solving and follow-up.

Duties:

- Updated in the new changes of the healthcare rules and regulations of MOH.

- Acquired specific CPT and ICD codes to ensure proper treatment and billing of all detailed procedures

- Able to solve claim and billing issues

- Develop transaction report for client billing

- Scheduled patients’ appointments with their doctors.

- Knowledge with insurance carriers and other healthcare providers

- Help patients with eligibility and benefit coverage inquires

Requirements
• Candidates must have significant UAE experience
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Insurance or Claims
• University Degree Holder
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in Medical Insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
