- Specialize Experience: Applicants must possess one 10 full year of specialized experience with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Mining Engineer, especially for brines minerals like Lithium and Magnesium. Specialized experience includes serving as a senior specialist performing work in minerals exploration, development & production activities such as review/prepare exploration plans or the extraction of minerals, evaluate mineral resources, inspect mining operations & reclamation activities.
