Description: Patient care: Help patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom
Vital signs: Measure patients blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Patient information: Collect patient information like height, weight, and family medical history
Communication: Communicate with patients, family members, and other staff about patient needs and progress
Documentation: Update patient charts and electronic health records
Safety: Maintain a sterile work environment and ensure equipment is in good working order
Patient monitoring: Monitor patients for signs of illness or infection
Emotional support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families
Patient transfers: Assist with patient transfers and discharges
Basic medical tasks: Perform basic medical tasks like wound care and catheter care
Work environment
Work in hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities
Work as part of a healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff

Requirements: Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Great written and verbal communication
Ability to carefully read and follow directions
Flexibility in work duties and schedule
Good teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move patients
Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Nursing Assistant
