Description: We are currently seeking a motivated, service-driven Registered Nurse to join the Health General Practice Clinic . The successful candidate will be part of the multidisciplinary health care team, and will use contemporary standards and evidence to underpin practice. The role will incorporate unsupervised clinical practice, patient advocate, supervision and interaction / liaison within a team as well as accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements: Knowledge and experience in the provision of clinical care
Planning and co-ordinating skills in matters related to delivery of care
Sound knowledge of medication systems
Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and team membership skills
