• Keep detailed and accurate medical records of patients.
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in pediatrics.
• Valid medical license to practice as a pediatrician.
• Board certification in pediatrics.
• Good knowledge of pediatric diseases, treatments, and development milestones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with children and their parents.
• Patience and empathy in addressing health concerns and explaining medical information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple patients simultaneously.
