Description: Job role

• Contact and Onboard existing clients
• Identifying new business opportunities.
Recruitment Verticals - Contingency, Outsourcing, Project
• Developing leads and contacting potential customers.
• Negotiating Business Terms
• Devising sales strategies and implementing them.
• Attending / 0rganising Events & Exhibitions related to HR/Recruitment
• Meeting face to face with existing and new customers
• Keeping up to date with trends within your sector (namely Oil & Gas, Healthcare & IT)
• Exploring other industries (FMCG, Engineering, Banking)
• Ensure targets are met periodically.
• Generating reports and presenting an analysis of marketing and sales progress.
• Will be involved in sourcing candidates as and when required

Requirements: Experience: 3 years minimum; Experience in UAE is an advantage; Bachelor Degree required
