This building system reduces construction time by about 80% through producing prefabricated standardized construction components that can be shipped to the construction site; assembled; and installed within two months. The construction price is reduced by 30-40% compared to the housing units of the same size built by conventional building techniques. The reduction in the price mainly comes from its simplicity and reproducibility, as well as reduction in the time of construction and quantity of building materials. Exsored Building System reduces carbon emission and promotes green buildings by the application of high quality thermal insulation, solar energy system, geothermal air conditioning and powered shading system.
