Description: Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in logistics and freight forwarding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Understand client logistics needs and propose tailored shipping solutions (air, sea, or land)
Prepare and present competitive quotations and service proposals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Requirements: Experience: 3 years; Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping
Strong understanding of logistics operations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Valid UAE driving license
