Description: Operations supervisors oversee all the activities within a specific department or area of an organization. They monitor the efficacy of the department, improve operating processes, and report to upper management. Operations supervisors work in a variety of settings, depending on the industry they work within.

Requirements: You have at least 5 years-experience as a Senior Computer technician and worked as a Workshop Manager.
You have at least A-levels from an accredited institution.
You possess excellent leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
You can organize details, establish and carry out root cause analysis, and then extract and analyze the data you generate.
You are calm under pressure, autonomous, and look for reason and data to guide your decision making.
