Description: A kitchen company is looking for
Stainless steel Welder;
Operational
• Performs the welding operation to give quality weld joints and
weld structures in compliance with drawing joint
configuration, WPS, ITP and Schedule of the respective
project.
• Weld structures in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Operates and Sets the parameters of welding equipment
according to the job requirements and Instantly Report any
breakdown to the leadsman
• Monitors the usage of CO2 and close the supply valve at the
end of the shift and before break time
• Performs as a team player to complete the assigned work and
deliver his duties efficiently to meet the output norms set out
for his position.
• Cleans and stores tools and equipment and cleans working
areas.
• Uses strictly all PPEs designated for his job.
• Safety awareness within his assigned work and overall plant
safety
Education & Experience
• Trade certificate in welding
• 3-4 years experience in the same field
Special Knowledge/ Skills
• Qualified in WTQ in compliance with international Codes &
Standards
• English, Arabic, Hindi & other language

Requirements: Responsible for cutting, fitting and welding projects as directed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· 5 years of prior structural steel fabrication experience.
1. Must be able to read and understand shop fabrication drawings and be able to layout, fit-up
and form material according to the prints.
2. Mark reference points into materials to prepare for various modifications and additions prior to
welding
3.Position and tighten braces, bolts, clamps, boots and other necessary parts into place for
welding and riveting
4.Straighten parts that are bent or warped due to defects in the manufacturing process or
damage caused by human error
5.Preheat workpieces to make them malleable prior to shaping
6.Shape, bevel and level low points along the length of structural components
7.Align and fit parts to spec using the proper tools, including hammers, pry bars, wedges,
turnbuckles and other appropriate tool selections
8.Use squares, levels and other measuring tools to confirm that all parts are manufactured to
specifications
9. Must have a good understanding of welding symbols.
10. Prior Steel Structure work experience is required.
