Job Rules
• Maintain and manage patient records
• Move patients through appointments as scheduled
• Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
• Assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including         medical insurance
• Booking patient appointments
• Welcoming and greeting clients
• Greeting customers on the reception
• Answering the phone calls with regards to patient queries
• Need to have good communication skills
• Arabic & Hindi is an advantage  

Requirements
Should have a high school diploma at a minimum
